One thing i noticed that if i set the thread priority to high it typically remains performant. There are a bunch of free programs that will maintain that for you or you could use the "start" command line file to launch dash...

I doubt there's going to be any.
Thankfully, admin is around to answer support questions. But all they'd need to do now is update it for new operating systems, maybe squash bugs, etc.. may not have new features. The only new feature I would like is to have Dash get faster. It got slow for some reason.
